What happens if I exceed my event limit?

We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. Events over your quota are queued and processed when possible, or you can upgrade your plan instantly.

How long is data retained?

Data retention depends on your plan: Hobby keeps logs for 7 days, Pro for 30 days, and Business for 90 days. You can export logs anytime on paid plans.

Which platforms are supported?

Currently we support Delphi and JavaScript (browser/Electron). .NET and Python SDKs are coming soon. All SDKs are open source.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel or downgrade your subscription at any time. Your data will be retained according to your plan's retention period.
